The room was clean enough for a short stay, but the flimsy bed offered little comfort, and the average linens didn't impress. Access to the elevator from outside felt insecure, making me uncomfortable. With exterior hallways leading to guest rooms, privacy was a concern, especially with only one window. The frustrating $50 deposit policy created multiple pending charges on my credit card, which could be problematic for guests near their limit, although it didn't affect my stay directly.

This hotel has a convenient location close to downtown Palm Springs. I could easily walk to several restaurants and shops. The two pools and Jacuzzi were nice touches, especially for my daughter who loved swimming. Breakfast had a decent variety, including waffles and fruit, although I needed a ticket from the front desk to eat. It felt a bit chaotic in the breakfast area. However, the room itself was disappointing. I encountered a musty smell as soon as I entered, and the carpet felt dirty. The shower had issues with stains, and the bathroom didn't appear clean. The pillows were too high and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the room quality lessened my enjoyment considerably. A bit of maintenance could really elevate this place.
